A Small Historic Town with a Big Heart

Jamestown is more than a historic Gold Rush town. It's a community built on generations of families, friendships, and traditions.

The Jamestown Promotion Club is dedicated to "building community, preserving our rich history, and bringing people together." Through free family-friendly events, community celebrations, and local activities, we create opportunities for neighbors to connect and families to make lasting memories.

We are equally committed to "revitalizing our historic downtown, supporting existing businesses, and attracting new businesses to Jamestown."  Our goal is to encourage economic growth, fill vacant storefronts, welcome new opportunities, and help our local businesses thrive.

By working together with residents, business owners, and community partners, we can make Jamestown a wonderful place to live, work, shop, and visit.

"Together, we're preserving our past, strengthening our community, and building a brighter future for generations to come."
